Why did you choose your current program at UQ?
I chose UQ because it is among the top universities in Australia and in the world and offered the program that I wanted to study.
 
What were your first impressions of Brisbane and UQ?
I was very impressed with Brisbane’s architecture, especially its sophisticated bridges.
 
What are your impressions of the Science learning environment?
The lecturers at UQ are very friendly and approachable. They always try to help students understand the subject matter.
The student environment is good and student advisors always provide help and support.
 
What do you plan to do after graduation?
I am planning to share the knowledge I have gained at UQ by teaching in Rwanda. I also plan to do a PhD.
 
Do you have any advice for students that are thinking about studying Science at UQ?
Science is very advanced at UQ and the system of teaching is very good - learning by doing.
