Meet Our Scientists

Carissa Klein, Convseration Biologists

My research interests are in systematic conservation planning, decision support systems, and geographical information systems. More specifically, I am interested in developing novel ways of incorporating socioeconomic data along with biophysical data into systematic conservation planning and reserve design efforts.

Meet Our Scientists

Dr. Tamara Davis, Astrophysicist

I am a astrophysicist, and spend most of my time trying to figure out why the expansion of the universe is accelerating. I use type Ia supernovae to measure the expansion history of the universe and test whether exotic cosmological models can explain the acceleration.
